These fully-finished skins are manufactured using glass-fibre mat and polyester matrix. The surface of the sheet is textured and is imparted a veneer finish using a printed surface tissue which is moulded into the skin. Ply sheets are used as back-up to give rigidity and ensure adhesion with the substrate.
