The Fire door range has been fully tested and approved by leading authorities throughout the United Arab Emirates and UL laboratories in USA. Firex fire resisting door sets are available to suit numerous applications from single action single door sets, through to double action double door sets to a maximum fire resistance period of 120 minutes..Steel as a medium for doors and frames has advantages over other materials, expanding and contracting at uniform and predictive rates. Gap around door leaves in the event of fire are quickly filled by the expansion of both door and frame which further assists any smoke seal requirements. The reaction of steel to fire means that in most instances intumescent materials are not required
