* If you send us the door locks and latches we can fit them at no extra cost. However, regular preparation comes on any door included, for one or two bore doors.

* We only use heavy duty iron hinges. Lubricated ball bearing hinges can be provided if needed.

* We can assist our clients with transportation to the border and sometimes we can deliver on the US.

* We provide any type of anchoring that you may need according to your needs.

* Our doors can include Threshold preparation.

* Our doors have a life time warranty on its construction.

10.   We manufacture any type of handcrafted iron for residential and commercial purposes.

9.       Door manufacture takes 3-4 weeks depending on previous orders and the quantity of doors on the order.

8.       We accept deposits made to our US account. Once deposit is made we send a printable receipt valid with your proof of wire transfer of deposit receipt.

7.       We can prepare any choice of glass you may need. From typical ? inch silicon glued to frame, to ? glass insulated with a bolt on counter frame.

6.       The striping is prime choice vinyl US imported antifreeze weather strip. Door comes prepared with a slot to insert and does include vinyl strip.

5.       All of our doors have flushed bolts.

4.       All of our doors include window screen with solid hinges and cast iron window latches.

3.       We offer hand applied faux colors, solid colors, metal rustic colors. Prior air gun applied primer.

1.       All of our doors are constructed on 14 gauge steel, when wrought iron required square bars are 5/8 thick. Insulation includes injected polyurethane on wall frame and door frames.
