Construction is done assembling a frame of Pine and pressing the skins onto each side with a corrugated paper core in between. Pressing is done using PVA adhesive in a multi-daylight hot press. This hot pressing method gives a very stron glue bond between all the components. Solid core-this is an option that adds that distinctive solid feel and heaviness to a moulded panel door. Particleboard is used as the core in place of corrugated paper. There are 3 designs of moulded Panels to choose from-2 panel, 4 panel and 6 panel designs. The sizes range from door sizes of 450mm up to 920mm with some variations within each design. All have a distinctive Oak grain embossed texture.
