Intumescent Fire & Smoke Seals

We manufacture both surface mounted and rebated fire and smoke seals. Surface mounted seals are manufactured from intumescent material, faced with a coloured vinyl or wood veneer finish, with brush smoke seal fitted at one edge, and the back of the seal is fitted with an adhesive backing strip for ease of fitting. To add to security, pins are supplied to fasten the seal at intervals of 300mm along its length. Once fitted, the seal can be painted over (except the brush smoke seal part). This type is available in black, brown, red, white, or wood veneer finishes.Envirograf rebated seals are fitted with brush strip for use in doors and windows as acoustic, draught, smoke, and weather protection. Angled rubber blades are fitted to provide similar protection to single-action doors and casement windows. V-shaped rubber blades are fitted to single-action doors, and straight, twin-blades are fitted to double doors. Tubular rubber is fitted for acoustic, draught, smoke, and weather sealing properties.
