- We use 11 gauge 2x5 tube as a standard for door construction. The jam is also 2x5.
- Our unique steel threshold allows the door to fully seal - no weather, no light and no bugs!
- Our glass is tempered, double pane and insulated. All windows are fully sealed. Windows in the door, sidelights, and transom all swing for easy cleaning and ventilation.
- We use greasable barrel hinges that give the door a very smooth opening.
- We love the look of metal - we offer a rust-patina finish (much like an oil-rubbed bronze) that is very, very popular. For those who like more extreme variation, we create patterns in the metal that show through with the patina. All doors with a patina finish come with a hand rubbed wax. We also offer powder coat for those who like an even color.
- Scrolls are either plasma cut or hand forged depending on the style. Vine work is all hand forged; in fact, we think this greatly separates us from competition. Jakes ability to create hand-forged vine work is incredible.
- All doors come with custom handles - you can choose from popular styles or let Jake match the handles to the door design, you wont be disappointed.
