Exterior Doors

Material: the Elegance line doors are made of natural 3 layer laminated pine wood or meranti.

Frame: pine or meranti frame, dimensions: 68 x 80 mm.

Leaf: leaf thickness 68 mm, horizontal elements are connected to vertical elements by means of glue or pivots.

Shapes: doors can be delivered in a wide variety of shapes, starting from square and ending with trapezoid and arch.

Filling: one chamber double glazed unit with heat absorbing glass with higher breakage resistance, or a door panel with thermal insulation filling and 4 mm aluminium sheet 4 x 16 x 4, finished on both sides with water resistant ply, width 12 mm.

Locks: Roto MVD-500 multi point security lock with two hooks handle controlled.

Locking filling: Abloy Protec, class C PRO.

Handle: Hoppe - Luxembourg Handle with oblong shield spacing of 92 mm with higher burglar resistance.

Hinges: Simonswerk Baka Protect 3D MSTS hinges, adjustable in 3 axes, with higher burglar resistance, provided with the cover which fits the handle.
Anti force in interlocks: anti force in interlocks Roto: additionally safeguards the door against door forcing.

Doorstep: aluminium threshold ATD 76, with a heat-insulating frame with higher abrasion resistance produced by Aluron.

Seal: the Q-lon 3104, ageing and atmospheric factors resistant, made by Schlegel company, colours: brown, beige, white.

Silicone: Silirub 2 manufactured by Soudal, colours: brown sepia, brown terracotta, black, grey, colourless.

Colours: transparent varnishes produced by Glasurit or Gori.
