We select high quality brass forging pigment. While heated to 500-600 degrees, the product material will have the highest metal density through forging and pressing by 300-500 tons forging machine. After polishing, its surface will be as bright and smooth as the mirror. Then electroplating treatment will process it into chrome-colored, copper-colored and other colors for more than 10 kinds. After this, we conduct coating surface treatment of PVD vacuum ion plating to ensure that no oxidation and no fading for 5-10 years.
To make sure the precise measurements of the products, our factory use CNC central processing equipment for processing. With stringent quality control procedures and complete testing equipments, we take fully quality control for each manufacturing process to rigorously filter out the shipments of high-quality products. We spare no efforts to develop and research new products and enhance product functions.
