4. One hand holds the plastic handle another hand push the upper angle hook untill it can not move then self locked;
3. Put both ends of angle hooks onto steering wheel and clutch or brake pedal;
2. Extend the steel rod to the length needed;
1. Insert a key to lock hole,turn clockwise,release the lock;
