Available sizes are 80x200 and 90x200 with 4 cms bevel depth both in full fabricated and D.I.Y kit with brackets for installation.  Buyers' sizes and OEM order are welcome.

With the higher quality, our product is suitable for use in hot, humid area and seaside as it can withstand salty and hostile weather condition.  

Our door frame will not bend, warp, splintered, contract or expand while it is strong and lighter.  It is also water resistant, termite and mildew proof. The pigment is mixed with the raw material at production so our door frame does not need painting but it can be painted or coated with wood preservative like polyurethane or other wood finishing.

Our door frame is made from wood plastic composite, a synthetic material made from plastic and sawdust.  Unlike most other manufacturers' products that use scrap PE or PP and softwood sawdust for raw materials, we use virgin PVC and hardwood sawdust.  PVC is known to resist higher temperature than other resin and also harder than PE or PP thus our product can handle higher load and resist harsh climate condition.
