Steel Plastic is market leader in Argentina, and its sales surpass the frontiers since 1995, exporting the products to different countries in Central and South America and the Caribbean.

The manufacturing plant is located in the Municipality of Malvinas Argentinas (35 km from the city of Buenos Aires), in the Tortuguitas Industrial Park, on a 25,000 square meter property. The buildings were inaugurated at the end of 1998 and they take up 6,000 square meters, including the plant, offices and warehouses.
The production process is integral and completely up to date, both in the formulation and manufacture of raw material, and in the transformation of products; using cutting-edge machinery and auxiliary equipment.

Relying on its own Molding Department, Steel Plastic specializes in the Design, Production and Sale of a wide range of plastic home products: roll-up blinds, thermoacoustic coating for walls and ceilings, folding doors, fences and treillage and an important variety of technical profiles for several industries such as electronics and lighting, supermarket, furniture, construction, shelving and display, refrigeration, advertising, agro-industry, automotive, etc.

Because of that, the company is certified to ISO 9001:2000 standards since June 2004, which covers the Development, Production and Sale of Extruded Plastic Profiles". This certificate was obtained through DQS (German Association for Certification of Management Systems) and IQNet.

Steel Plastic S.A. was founded in 1945 by its current President, Elio R. Stellatelli. It started as a metallurgical company and it gradually entered into the plastic processing industry, more specifically into the Extrusion of different kind of Profiles made from several raw materials: PVC (Rigid, Flexible, Crystal, Foamed, Co-extruded and Tri-extrusion), PVC with Wood, Polypropylene, ABS, Polyethylene, Polycarbonate (Translucent and Opaline), Polystyrene, Thermoplastic Rubber, etc.
