When bonding brake shoes in a spring clip style oven, large or heavy shoes have a habit of falling out of their clips when returning under the oven. This damages the shoes, clamps, and bands, slows productivity and reduces profits.

This is now a problem of the past!

With Raloids new spring clip lock, the clamp is positively locked into the spring clip and remains so until the lock is removed by the operator. Application and removal are simple one handed operations, taking less than one second to perform. Made of corrosion resistant and heat treated steel, this durable, inexpensive lock is what you need to keep your products off the floor and out the door quickly and reliably.
