Pour the contents of the sachet into a bowl.Add 235ml (one cup) of boiling water while stirring until dissolve. Add another 235ml (one cup) of cold water and stir well until fully dissolve.Pour into serving mould(s) and chill into refrigerator until set (approx. 2 hours).Makes four servings
