APEX Floor Accessories
Beam accessories are injection molded from PVC plastic and provide a water tight seal when glued to the support beam. These accessories adapt to a wide variety of applications and provide stable support and anchoring of the flooring system.

Raised or Flat
APEX cast panels are available in either a raised version that provides better udder presentation and piglet safety, or in a flat version that installs even with the creep area.

Cast iron and plastic panels interlock to insure the flooring stays in place.

The cool surface of the cast iron provides greater comfort for the sow in the heat of the farrowing room. The unique interlocking design of the cast iron panels insures that the flooring stays in place. Alternating high/low bars on the surface of the floor provide additional traction and stability to the sow preventing slipping and injuries. The large slot design also provides for excellent manure filtration.

APEX Nursery Floor

APEX Nursery Flooring
APEX Nursery Flooring provides a warm, dry and comfortable environment for new born and weaned pigs up to 100 lbs. in weight. The attractive ivory color does not hide contaminants and reflects light brightening nursery room interiors.

Crate Anchors
This all stainless steel farrowing crate anchor package provides a secure solid attachment to the APEX Iron Clad beam system. Available for both cast iron or plastic sow flooring, this anchor package adapts to most any farrowing crate.

APEX sow flooring panels are designed to interlock with APEX nursery panels to provide a farrowing deck that meets the specific requirements of both the sow and liter. APEX sow flooring features a unique surface with raised traction squares to aid sows in getting up to eat while still providing a comfortable laying surface. The rugged design of the panel, combined with a twelve inch support beam spacing under the sow, insures the durability of APEX sow flooring for years to come.

APEX Sow Floor

The interlocking design of APEX farrowing floor systems allows it to be installed quickly and easily in both new construction and remodeling applications adapting to a wide variety of crate sizes and designs.

APEX Iron Clad Support Beams
Apex Iron Clad Supports combine the corrosion resistance and durability of PVC with the rigidity of steel to provide the best floor support system available. APEX Iron Clad support systems allow for longer spans with less deflection compared to fiberglass supports.

Locking Panels
APEX panels interlock on all sides to insure that panels stay in place.

Tapered Slats
Manure passes easily through the slots in APEX flooring. The tapered slat profile prevents accumulation and is easily accessible for cleaning.
