We fabricate EPE products with efficient team and high quality standards.EPE has a innumerable tiny closed cells, which has a very fine & uniform structure available from 0.85 mm to 12 mm thickness. A unique heat lamination process is used to built up the thickness fwm 6 mm to 1 00 mm & more to form a laminate & composite multilayered structure of homogeneous bonding with Taper-Free parelleness.EPE is a versatile & unique product, which due to it's inherent characteristics ideal in packaging, automobiles, insulation (thermal & acoustical), marine, sports & leisure, construction, agriculture and also in various other fields/areas.EPE available in standard forms of rolls & sheets and in Non standard tailor made forms & also offered in speciallity laminates / composites of various substrates.Salient Features :RESILIENCY: EPE has a high resiliency, due to which it regain it's original shape after the shock, or removal of loads. This property makes it to withstand the multiple impacts. CUSHIONING AND SHOCK ABSORPTION ABILITY: EPE due to it's closed cells, micro cellular structure and high resiliency is very effective to absorb the shocks & vibrations during handling, transit and storage thereby very efficiently protect the product from damages. FLEXIBILITY: EPE being highly flexible and elastic it is very easy to wrap, fold to offer the maximum protection.ABRASION RESISTANCE: EPE due to it's soft & smooth surface I texture it offers zero abrasion, due to which it does not gives any scratches or abrasion marks to the product.LIGHT WEIGHT: EPE being extremely light due to it's low density, saves cost of handling and transportation.
