BFB frames can be either be polished for use as a decorative frame like Teak wood frame or can be painted/stained as a commercial frame like Sal wood frames. Treated Bamboo sections are machined, mechanically dried and bonded in high pressure and temperature with waterproof resin to make the frames dimensionally stable, extremely strong and durable. The BFB frames are free from insect and borer attacks. The density, compressive strength, screw holding capacity, modulus of elasticity and other mechanical properties of Bamboo Flat Boards are much higher than Sal and Teak.

Bamboo Flat Boards (BFB) for frames are machine finished to sizes and sections as per requirement of the customer and can be brought to use directly without requirement for further carpentry work at the construction site.

BFB for Door &: Window Frames:

Sections length can be increased by finger jointing against specific order.

Standard Dimension for Furniture:

The BSB frames are free from insect and borer attacks. As the density, compressive strength, screw holding capacity, modulus of elasticity and other mechanical properties of BSB are much higher than most of the traditional hardwood, much thinner sections can be used for making furniture. Thus, the overall application cost of the BSB sections in furniture making in hands of the converters is much lower than the any good quality hardwood like Teak, Mahogany or Rosewood.

The sections can be either polished to retain the original look of bamboo slats or can be painted or stained. Treated Bamboo sections are machined, mechanically dried and bonded in high pressure and temperature with moisture proof resin to make the frames dimensionally stable, extremely strong and durable.

As the BSB sections are machine finished, they do not require any further finishing work such as uniform surfacing, seasoning or sanding at the customers' end like traditional hardwood.
