Panels painted with powder electrostatic epoxies. After painting arvest steel raised floor panels, surrounded all around with ABS plastic edge trim. And different finish covering such as vinyl, viniflex, vinyl-Granit, HPL & that stick on panels with special adhesives.
Selection of top sheet & bottom formed steel thickness related to quantity of expected permissible load of raised floor. That thickness usually changeable between 0.7 2.0 mm.
Arvest steel raised floor panels produce with high quality cold rolled steel sheets. These panels fabricated with die-cut flat top sheet and die-formed and stiffened steel bottom pan formed from cold-rolled steel sheet and joined together by resistance welding.
