Avoid direct sunshine and too much ultraviolet shine to prevent desiccation and aging.

Wax it after a certain of time. Clean the wooden floor with half-dry mop and wax it evenly on the wooden floor surface. When dried, brush the wooden floor back and forth with soft cloth until it is bright. Wipe water off the wooden floor immediately. Do not shine it in the sun or bake it with oven to prevent it from getting dry too fast and causing desiccation.

Keep the maple flooring dry and clean. Do not wash it with alkali water and soap water to avoid damaging paint film. Clean it with dry cotton mop. Wipe the dirt with steel velour instead of petrol to avoid fires.
