ISONEM FLOOR is a surface coating with solvent-free, epoxy resin based, forming very high coatings featuring very high chemical and physical resistance, it can be applied in thick layers to protect the metal and concrete surfaces against the chemical and physical outside impacts. USING AREAS: A long lasting coat is available to use in industrial plants, factories, refinery plants and particularly drug and food production fields due to solvent-free characteristics, acid production sites, chemicals factories, laboratories, automotive industry fields, purification facilities, water tanks, metal and concrete floor and walls. APPLICATION THE MIXTURE: The mixture is applied onto the surface in single layer by using a brush and airless spraying equipment, if the thickness is required, the second layer should be applied immediately after the first layer got dried within 24 hours thus the best adhesion is ensured among the middle layers. The application should be done into the same direction every time. The pre drying is realized for 4-8 hours at 20 C degree. The hardening occurs within 18-24 hours.
