Flooring Grade Laminates are Single Side High Pressure Laminates (HPL) of thickness 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm made of superposed layers of paper, which are impregnated with specially formulated resins and a top sheet of very high abrasive overlay. These are pressed together at 1400 PSI at a temperature of 150-160 Celsius. It can withstand up to 4500 cycles (as against standard 3000 cycles in case of abrasion test). The product conforms to IS 2046 :1995 type S-SDS. |
