Carpet and underlay should have a combined tog value of less than 2. Recent research by the Carpet Foundation suggests that most carpet/underlay combinations will meet this requirement however we suggest that the actual tog value is checked with your supplier .Sub-floors: Wood, concrete, existing tiles
