Our treadmill deck is designed to minimize the friction load and noise between the deck and treadmill belt by reducing the coefficient of friction on the surface to put the filling in the high polymer melamine. And, to prevent the friction static electricity, we applied a conductivity to the surface and designed to reduce the trouble of the static electricity to connect the deck with the frame. In addition, we are developing a new treadmill deck which can be reflected the treadmill belt without silicone oil to the treadmill. [Patent Pending (Patent No.20-2006-0009761)]   It implements the surface layer with an electric resistance layer of 10-3 to 10-6 with a low coefficient of friction by thermosetting the sheets impregnated and dried with phenol resin and with melamine resin at high temperature and high pressure to improve conductivity performance and surface slip.  It produces a product which meets the KSF3200 standard and with M.D.F.
