1:The flooring is made of natural material.The grain and color is unique. The shippment might be different from sample and photos in color and grain. we sort the flooring to minimize the color difference among products in one pallet.
2:The buyer should advice the moisture content of the target market. The seller will manufacture according to it to minimize flooring deformation.
