We are looking for a reliable investor to purchase a very lucrative quarry in Slovakia:
a stone quarry Podhradie (Slovakia, near the town of Novaky)
is an andesite granite quarry (granite of a very good quality) 18 251 251 m3 ,
i.e. at the specific weight 2,78g/cm3 circa 50 million tons.
The parameters of the material correspond to the certification for the
use as railway rubble (ballast), in concrete and asphalt mix,
and in all construction. It possesses excellent qualities for fine production
(granite slabs split or polished, cubes, blocks etc.).
At the present, an access road to the quarry is being built.
There is a mobile hammer mill in the quarry that makes material for
the constructed road and for interested persons in the neighbourhood.
