construction, imports , exports and general trading. Promoters belong to reputed family involved in

mining business for more than 50 years. The family has been in pioneers in business of various clay

minerals like bentonite, selenite, selicious earth, limestone, calcite, feldspar. The group entered in

stone business in 1992 and has been progessing well in this business since then.Headquartered in Jodhpur,

Pelican Grani Marmo is the largest and most innovative integrated naturalstone manufacturer in India. Because

we are both a quarrying entity and a stone processor we offer an extraordinary selection of granite, marble, slate,

quartzite, sandstone, limestone and mosaics as well as unique custom finishes and sizing options.

We also maintain supplemental inventory for convenient container distribution in Detroit(USA), and provide extensive sales and marketing support. We have our quarries of granite colours like leather

antique, desert brown, marry gold, royal cream and various others.The group had various joint ventures till 2005

when they decided to make their own 100% export oriented unit for granite,marble and other stone quarrying

and processing.

They got all government approvals and the manufacturing unit with a production capacity of 600000sq.ft. Per annum

went incommercial production in june 2006.All the critical machines were imported and the product was well received by

the main customers all over the world.

The company has since given annual growth of 40 % in sales and 100% in profits.the company's main

market is usa where 90% of production is sold.the company has developed very strong market in usa and

have regular orders from various customers.The main machines are as under: 160 blades granite gangsaw This is a huge system with over 100 tons weight and can do the granite cutting in very fast

and efficient manner using steel angular grit and steel saw blades as consummables for cutting.
14 head line polishing machine Has fourteen vertical heads to polish the sawn but rough granite slabs

into the final fully glossed granite slabs.once polished the slab is ready for consumer use for counters,

floorings ,claddings etc. Automatic resin application line uses epoxy resins with heat to fill the micro

holes in the granite slabs which make slab a sturdy yet glossy surface to use in day to day application
bridge cutting machine this machine enables to cut the slabs into the required size to use directly at the

site.Profile machine This machine enables the edge of the stone be profiled to different designs for a

beautiful look.60 tons gantry crane To lift the heavy stone blocks and to put them into the machine for

cutting.There are many small machines used in the factory for handling,and various stone jobs.
