This month we negotiated a loan from the Philippine Land bank for buying equipment and startup. Therefore we are now looking for our first client. As we are looking for the first client, we wish to make an introductory deal to one company. This will include cut price product for short or long term.

With that in mind, here is our offer:
We can offer you block, slab or tiles (your preference) at low rate for a contractual time (also your preference) in return we will agree not to raise the price as long as the contract runs (including no inflation). All we ask is that the first payment be done under letter of credit (meaning that you and we have the guarantee that everything will go good).
This is also the preferred way we wish to do business in the beginning, It means you have peace of mind that the product is what it should be and we have peace of mind that payment will be received.
our price is F.O.B. Manila, however we also have good contact and working relationship with a shipping company that are cheap and reliable called Yusen, and so can offer a full price to your door if needed.
