Building Products require a special type of understanding, Eland is recognised as having that understanding; supplying polycarbonate panels to Iran, triple glazed units to the Far East, as well as recently completing a 100,000 mt cement contract from China. We have undertaken various projects including supplying roofing sheets for West Africa and Clinker for Bangladesh and India.Supply of Marble, Granite, Cement, Clincker, Roofing sheets and Iron Rods etc., is an area of special interest to us. Expansion into Hotel line in Thailand is in an advanced stage, using our own numerous properties. We are also into the fully furnished flats business on long, medium and even short term basis for visitors to Thailand.We also wish to enter into real estate business in the Indian Subcontinent and shortly are doing so in West Africa.
