KALLIMARMARO M. I. BOLARIS began in 1979 as a small partnership between Markos and Chrysoula Bolaris in Thermi, a suburb of Thessaloniki, having only the absolutely basic tools and a working force
of just two helpers.
Through continuous investment in the latest state-of-the-art technology in the 80s and 90s, the small company has developed into a modern, dynamic, multi level corporation processing natural stone
with a team of forty plus expert workers and special affiliations with marble and granite suppliers from all around the globe.
In 2001 KALLIMARMARO M. I. BOLARIS moved to its brand new, all-automated factory of 20000 sq.m. (60000sq. feet) at the Industrial Zone of Lakkoma in Northern Greece, while the offices and showroom
remain in Thermi near Thessaloniki.
