Thermowoods high resistance to moisture or decay causing fungi, makes it an excellent material for use as a cladding.

The cellular structure changes during the heat treatment so that the moisture content is reduced by up to 50%. As a result Thermowood is more stable than normal wood in changeable climatic conditions.

Thermowood is produced by treating all wood type (softwood, hardwood, exotic wood) in special chamber kilns at high temperatures plus 240 degrees.
