Travertine tiles

We are a travertine processing and production factory in the city Artashat, Armenia.
Our factory is equipped with automatic polishing lines of Gaspari Menotti stipulated one for tile production and the other for slab production.
We also have a plant that can make different figure elements like stairs, fireplaces and other things.
 
The polishing lines are of 2007 year production, they work with specially designed programs and don't have a competitor in the Armenian district for productivity and power.
The Tile polishing line is under explatation from May 2008, and currently we give 7000sq.m. final product of polished and filled travertine monthly. This quantity is getting higher each month.
 
The Slab line will work from the end of March 2009, it was started up on December 2008.  
The line for tiles has 10 000sq.m. productivity monthly and the line for slabs has 15 000sq.m. productivity.
 
The quarry that is extracted by ARMENSTONE belongs to the company and is being extracted from May 2008. Right now we have already extracted blocks of about 2500cb.m. 
The blocks are of the highest quality in the district and have no cracks inside. 
The color hasitates from very light beige up to orange .
 
In order to get sure of each said word we invite you to Armenia, to see everything by your own eyes.
The holes of travertine are filled with italian mastics, which have very similar color to the stone general shade.

3. Semi-Polished not filled
4. Semi-Polished, filled
5. Polished, not filled
6. Polished, filled with mastic
7. Polished, filled with resin
8. Antique /Brush
