1) glass mosaic tile are glued face-down on the paper using diluted weldbond adhesive (3 parts water to 1 part weldbond). Use a light coat to avoid wrinkling the paper.

Indirect method can be more complicated than using the direct method of gluing tiles directly on the surface one at a time. For that reason we recommend the paper-less direct method for beginners. However, the indirect method using the grid and paper can make it easier and faster to put a uniform grid of tile on a wall or floor.
