Cleaning
Kalesinterflex? has a smooth surface on which dirt does not accumulate. If required, it can be cleaned with water and conventional cleaning agents.
Packaging
Preparing the Kalesinterflex? special crate
> Base board is placed on end-cap rack. > Slabs are placed on rack. > Slabs are placed face to face and with no space in between. > Caps are fitted over block on both ends. > Foam padding is placed between caps and block. > Wire lashing is applied to complete end cap placement. > The end-cap so prepared is taken away by forklift for storage. It would be appropriate to use Pergel Crane in order to off load EC (end-cap) packaging at Main Distributors.

Drilling
Kalesinterflex? can be drilled using the tools and drills for glass and ceramic, or can be drilled with the other conventional automatic devices.

Cutting
Kalesinterflex? can be cut using standard glass and ceramic cutters, or computerized automatic cutting and drilling machines, in the desired dimensions.

Fire and Chemical Resistance
Kalesinterflex? is totally fire resistant and non-flammable (Category 0). Kalesinterflex? is also resistant to chemicals (acids and bases) thanks to its porcelain ceramic structure and glaze layer on its surface.

Flexibility
The flexibility radius of a Kalesinterflex? 4 mm Fit slab is 5.5 m.

Weight
One Kalesinterflex? slab is approximately 21 kg. (7 kg/m2).
One Kalesinterflex? 6 mm Fit slab with approximately 12 kg/m2 weight, is the lightest polished porcelain ceramic of the world.

Kalesinterflex is only 3 mm thick. This contributes flexibility, light weight and maneuverability.

It can be cut in any size required by projects.
