k Brush the high strength, high bonded mortar protective coating on being both reinforced sides of the beam(including blocks).

j Wipe a layer of adhesive at a fixed anchor bolt nuts, and also wipe a layer of anti-rust on all the metal pieces surface layer, and then install the tension side and the fixed end anchor blocks;

i After the stretch-drawing, paint 5mm binder on both sides of the carbon fiber plate (included the carbon fiber plate)as the protective layer of carbon fiber plate;

h Stretch-draw the carbon fiber plate and observe the changes of the body of beam;

g Install the carbon fiber plate;

f Smear adhesive on the contact surface between the carbon fiber plate and the end of the beam,and the contact surface of the anchor end borad and the end of beam;

e Clean the paste surface of the carbon fibe with acetone before pasting;

d Install the tension-side and the fixed side steel menmbers after solidified screw have met the design strength.

c Drill and plant the high-strength screw hole on the installation of carbon-fiber-tensioned side and the location of the fixed-side components required in accordance with design drawings, planting high-strength screw hole;
