2. Tolerances: +-1 mm in lenght and +- 0,5 mm in the width and +-0,5 mm (only in plus) in the thickness
3. Class of formaldehyde emission: E1
4. Finish: resin finish to under side, upper side to have beech printed foil.
5. The surfaces must be smooth (any glue remainings to be removed)
6. The edges rounded: rounded enough to put slats into plastic
holders (the edges cannot be sharp (square-cornered)
7. Any core gaps holes on the edges are not allowed; if they appear,
the must be glue-filled but the surface must be cleaned after such
action. Fillings should not be visible and stick out. After filling
holes with glue it must be polished.
8. Face foil must be in one piece, without any joints.
9. Some small, not falling out knots ( point-knots) and some
discolorations are allowed on the bottom side
10. The manufacturer should paid attention to the production to not
use too hot material - after such quick production the effect of
"propeller blade" appears (slats are warped, a little bit "twisted")
11. Packing: slats can be pak in bundles . Ready pallets should be
well protected before binding it with metal band. Best way is to put
thin layers of plywood or chipboard or particle board before binding
with band. It can be wrapped also in thick foil before binding (or
both board and foil).
