10. The seller will not agree to accept any type of LC ( letter of
    Credit).Or payment in US Dollers.The payment is must be in INR
    ( Indian Rupees only)

8. In any default from buyer to make a payments /advances as
   mentioned in agreement/sale deed, seller shall have the right to
   retake/hold the goods and the buyer has no right to claim the
   token/initial/advance amounts paid to the seller.The seller has a
   right to forfiet the initial/advance or any type of amount paid by
   buyer.
9. The applicable tax will be paid by buyer.

7. After that the buyer must release remaining 50% payment of the
   the goods value before the loading to the trucks,OR when The goods
   are loaded to the trucks/lorry in weighment place,after 100%
   recived payment clearence by seller the related
   area's RFO will issue the transit permits to the Buyer/or his
   vehicles to transport it.

6. The AP state's Forest Dept.will issue the permitts after recieving
   the inspection report from Buyer's unloading point releated area /
   state forest dept.

5. Seller will apply for the permitts to buyer's address/unloading
   point as mentioned by buyer in agreement.There is no alternative/
   changes of unloading point once the address mentioned.

   from buyer, 50% of the goods value to seller after stock
   inspection . After this payment only the seller will provide all
   necessary legal document's copy to the buyer .

4. Advance amount will release within 3 (Three) bank working days

  Approx 400 mt Stock is  in AP  state.Tree's age was approx 70 yrs.
 
  Size approx 1/2 ft to 3 ft width & 8 ft to 12 ft length.
