Starting with boards that are already uniformly kiln dried to a 8-10% moisture content, we glue them together under regulated temperature and pressure ratings until they bond as one solid timber and average just 10% moisture throughout!

Because shrinking and cracking cause the most damage to conventional log structures over time, correcting problems later can be very expensive. Engineered logs and timbers eliminate these expensive problems.

Engineered timbers are designed to correct the natural tendencies of large timbers, which shrink, crack, twist and warp.
