Interior barn boards

Weathered barn siding may vary from 1/2 inch to over 1 inch thick , widths generally range from about 7 to 12 inches and more wide. Lengths from about 4 to 14 feet and more.

Interior barn boards usually have a honey brown appearance when the first come out of the barn, they will turn gray if left outside.

Interior boards also will vary in thickness and size.

These old boards make interesting flooring and paneling.

Roof boards tend to have more nail holes than hay mow floor boards.

There will always be a certain amount of character, nail holes, weathering, checking cracks, variations in size, color and grain and other character marks associated with old rustic barn wood.

Barn board prices range from about $0.95 to $4.95 a square foot and more, pricing depends upon the look desired, board size and quantity.
