I have a 22,000 acre tropical hardwood timber parcel of land (negotiating contract now) in Central America tied up, ready to move forward to getting Forest Management Plan, Cutting Permit issued, mill operations set up and be ready to cut, mill, dry and ship 500K - 1 M board feet of hardwoods per month.  Can export to China, Europe and the U.S.  I am looking to locate a Chinese Buyer of hardwoods, willing to enter into a "Contract" to buy 500,000 + board feet of wood on an ongoing basis for 3 - 5 years minimum.   This property can supply 6 M board feet per year +, ongoing for the next 10 - 20 years.  ROI is exceptionally good.
