To achieve this most important point, we would constantly visit the sawmill / factories to monitor the production during production period of time as to avoid potential problem and to minimize the faulty to the least.
3. Delivery and shipping arrangement:
When the production procedure and process are under control, the delivery will then be conducted accordingly along with shipping arrangement as to find vessel, ship date, custom broke, documentary preparing for the necessary papers, etc.
4. After sales service:
After shipment has been delivered to the customers, we will still be in touch with customers to see how the products fit to their own production lines or their markets. Any comments and responds would be taken carefully and seriously as for the next production reference as to try to make customers satisfactory all the time if possible.
