Timber Merchants

Treated poles are supplied for use as telephone poles, power line transformer poles, fencing as well as the building industry.  Poles are treated with creosote and CCA tanalith to customers request.

TREATED POLES:

A variety of hard wood logs are available.  Logs are rectangular, cut to lengths of 1.8 to 2.5 meters. A standard thickness of 150mm and width of 130mm to 500mm. will apply.  These measurements may differ due to the natural state of the tree.  Rectangular cut logs can only be supplied wet off saw at very competitive prices.

Logs can be supplied at the customers request.

LOGS:

Solid wood flooring and decking.

FLOORING & DECKING:

A-Grade, Furniture and Industrial grade boards are available.

LAMINATED PINE:

Due to the fact that a great number of exotic timbers are available, Mpumalanga Timber Traders mainly specializes in Southern African timber.  This timber can be supplied kiln dried, wet off saw.  All of our timber is kiln dried with a 8% to 12% moisture content.

We liaise closely with small specialist sawmills to ensure wood is sourced for the best quality logs and cut to our exacting standards.
