Application:
In order to reduce water absorbing, edges of plywood boards are painted with acrylic paint according to the tint of corresponding coating or other one on the customers' demand. The surface of filmfaced plywood is resistant to water, different chemical agents and solvents. It differs by hardness and polish, is cleanable and non-toxic.
The surface of plywood is filmfaced in order to give it high resistance to natural and chemical conditions. Filmfaced plywood is irreplaceable in case of production of wearproof surfaces (concrete
shuttering works), roofs, walls and floorings of buildings, storage facilities; is used in auto-, wagon-, shipbuilding, furniture industry. Films on special paper base, soaked with phenolic or
melamine resins, are used for plywood production. There are different colors of films. Two types of film surface: smooth and mesh wire are available.
