After each shipment, The Supplier shall provide the Purchaser directly or through the Suppliers Bank, the following documents.

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

L/C Must be open by Euro, Iran Banker no Accept L/C by USD.

Valid L/C Date for trial Order: 110 days. 

Written Contract Number.

Final settlement according to SGS report issued in Loading Port and Pricing in this Contract.

Letter of Credit as per Terms and Conditions of the agreement by any World Banks acceptable by Supplier.

Partial payable, Irrevocable, Transferable, Operative Letter of Credit Payable 100% at sight upon receipt SGS Report, B/L, packing list and commercial invoice.

CONTRACT LENGTH

The SGS report must be determined of quantity, percent in Ore.

Supplier must be Provide SGS Inspection report for quality and quantity of Lump Lead Ore in Loading Port.

Partial Shipment                        : Allowed.

TRANSHIPMENT                      : Allowed.

First Shipment                           : 30-45 days after receipt L/C Invoice.

Delivery Time for Trial order   : 90 days after receipt L/C Invoice.
