African Tropical Hardwoods And Softwoods

Dear Sirs/Madams:

Pardon us for being so bold. We are AfricaUSA,Inc. an American Company, based in Baltimore, Maryland, USA, with co-ownership to APS,Sarl,Ltd., in Yaounde, Cameroon, a Company started in 1996 for the sole purpose of farming and harvesting the different species of hardwoods and softwoods available in our forest consessions. As you may have already seen in our website, in order for us to start the harvest and delivery of our woods, we need a long term contract with the buyer(s), plus a letter of credit, that can be verified by our bank. We need to secure a contract(s) for at least half of the total yearly amount of our projection of 110,000 cbm.(47,000,000 millionBF). This would be a mnimum of 50,000 cbm/year. The buyer would have to see our availabilty for the different species, and accomodate different species to total at least 5,000cbm/month. Without this contract, we cannot begin.

 This Is The Deal:

In our website, under List of Species available, please choose from the available softwood species that we have now available in our forest consessions, then give us the amount that you would like for each specie, and the time of the contract, which must be a minimum of 2 years, at 10,000cbm/month, or 5 years at 5,000cbm/month. You can also send us the specifications that you prefer, such as dimensions, KD or AD, mode of transportation (how you want this shipped), and so forth, we will accomodate all your specifications and our General Manager, Mr. Wong Mevala or myself will send you the details.

Like we state in our website and advertise, we are set to go and ready to start harvesting, but we are investing a great deal of money and our banks want to make sure that we are not planting seeds in infertile soil. Thus, the Company who would be doing the purchasing would also need to provide the aforementioned: As stated before, Purchase orders for 5,000 cbm/month or more for a period of 50 months ( 5 years ), or, 10,000 cbm/month for 20 months ( 2 years ). This, with approved credit from an AAA or AA Bank with affiliation with an American Bank. After this is done, and after Bank approval, the first deliveries will start in 180 days, lead time. We prefer FOB, but with the right Company we can do CIF. Payments of course will be paid in parts, per shipments. We welcome your representative to stay with us full time, at any time that you deem prudent, so as to ascertain the smooth running of the business.

So, as you can see Dear Sir/Madam, we are not asking for any money up front, not at all; all we ask is for your trust in our Company, a signed contract, and verification of credit, so the Banks know they will get paid.
