In this way the machine keep rather high balance and with good stability.Precise gear push-knife and unique pressure bar adjusting device made by our factory make the sliced veneer uniform in thickness. Its accuracy can be controlled among 0.07-2.0 mm.Specially manufactured one way super cluthch is used in the machine and it can guarantee the thickness for the sliced veneer.Wood -clamp mechanism. The cross beam for the wood clamping mechanism is whole cast structure. It strenthens the stablity and slicing accuracy for veneer slicer while slicing. Automatic modes make the wood clamping most firmly. Wood clamping motor drives the link rod worm wheel and drives 8adjustable disc clamps. Electric control and long movement crank fit with high power motor.
