Sell Reclaimed Railway Sleepers

We have a huge inventory of railway sleepers for sale (about 30.000 pieces). We are not a lumber company. It just happens that we got the opportunity to buy this lot to resell it. These wood beams have been recovered from the maintenance of the Brazilian railroads and they are in the most part more than 100 years old. The predominant wood type is BRAZILIAN CHERRY and IPE. Dimensions are 6 1/2" thick X 9 1/2" wide and lengths vary from 9" to 11' to 13' and a few ones are longer than that (18'~20'). These are actual dimensions. Minimum order is a 20' container filled with any combination of the available classifications - about 150 pieces. There are basically three different classifications: 0S - These pieces have all four sides heavily distressed. The 9' long pieces sell for US$45.00 each.2S - These pieces have two sides in good shape and two sides moderately distressed. The 9' long pieces sell for US$70.00 each.4S - These pieces have the four sides in good shape. The longest ones (11' to 13' long)sell for US$$150.00 each. The 9' long sell for US$100.00 each.There are some other special sizes:The 4S 1' x 1' x 23' pieces sell for US$450.00 each.
