Our Film Faced Plywood is made using 100% high density wood and 125gsm Film which is imported from DYNEA, Finland.
The cost effective, super finished saves upto over 40% in finishing costs.
Unique features include selected, naturally durable crossband high density veneers impregnated with specially formulated phenolic resin.
Plywood pack made of veneers and crossband resin impregnated veneers. Face veneer on either side topped with phenolic resin impregnated film.
Pack in encase in caul plates and laminated under very high pressure and heat. 'Special' properties and benifits for the customers include - high strength, stability and resilience, superior
resistance, smooth mirror like finish on both surfaces, extra finish on RCC construction and Form Work, which lead to over 40% COST SAVING, re usability upto maximum times on either side depending
on careful handling in respect of fixing, oiling, removal and storage.
