The Purpose of Cavity Filler on Ball ValveZipson's cavity filled ball valves are with over 92% PTFE filler for the valve cavity. Most of the usage on cavit filled valve is in sanitary industry, such as food or pharmacy. The valve cavity will be a space to remain the media. This is what the food industry do not like to see. These remainder may sopiled soon, and pollute the whole media in the pipe line. In addition, the flow industry do not like the media remainder either. The media in the valve cavity may become solid, and seize or block for operation. The resin supplier and water in the low temperature may need this filler. The valve with cavity filler will be easier to clean as well.
