Feature:

The honeycomb not only can used separately or used to make composite material with sandwich structure, but also can be applied for transportation and building industry, such as the board of partition wall, floor and celling of vehicles(train, bus,subway) and vessels. For the construction industry, it can be used for curtain wall, partition wall of high-rise building, or the wall of moving house. The honeycomb shows great future on the building industry, it also can be used to develop secondary product.

As the core material in the sandwich structure, Hexagonal aluminium honeycomb is made of qualified aluminium alloy, and it burdens the pressure from the transverse section. These connected densely honeycomb like many I-shape beams, which can disperse and bear the pressure from surface sheet, and make the given force on the sheets evenly. All of these promice the good flatness when panel is in big size. The hollow honeycomb also can reduce the thermal expansivity of the panel greatly.
