This sophisticated process results in a high density, oxidative, honeycombed coating that yields an extremely strong and durable adhesion between the paint and the aluminum. Our state of the art three roller reversal coating machine that is able to operate in a dustless environment further enhancing adhesion, but also resulting in improved solvent resistance, hardness, flexibility, glossiness and corrosion resistance. Those elements that are required to make a high quality ecologically friendly aluminum composite panel, with quality aluminum material, PE core board, adhesive polyolefin film adhered properly under controlled heat and pressure so that the panel surface is smooth, the resultant peel strength of which is superior to any other import panel, are the reasons why our product has been so successful worldwide, in particular in the United States.
