Lightweight and temperature keeping:
60 percent of the core of Orient Gypsum plasterboard is tiny air vents which thermal conducting factor are so small to provide light weight and excellent capacity in keeping temperature.
Heat insulation and fire protection:
20 percent of the weight of the core of Orient Gypsum Plasterboard is crystallized moisture which will be boiled off first to consume large heat when meeting fire, and then the plaster is dehydrated as the temperature rises to resist transmitting heat.
Stable dimension:
The Orient Gypsum Plasterboard is difficult to be affect by the temperature because of the advanced design of crystallized moisture and tiny air vents. The dimension change is within 1 percent when suffering thermal or cold according to the measured statistics, which provides simple process for the jointing places.
Special (breathing function):
The Orient Gypsum Plasterboard is design with special (breathing) structure. The plasterboard will (breathe out) a little moisture when the indoor temperature is lower and (breathe) in a little moisture when the indoor temperature is higher
Convenient process:
The Orient Gypsum Plasterboard is able to pinned, dugs, sawed and exhibit, which is perfect to be use for the room decoration.
Broad uses:
The Orient Gypsum Plasterboard could be combined with the special gypsum stud or C,U profile galvanized steel stud to form the partition without bearing load; combined with the U,T profile ceiling galvanized steel stud to form lots kind of ceiling grids; combined with the building wall to form power-saving and temperature-keeping wall to insulate noise, resist earthquake, withstand impulse, protect fire etc; used as the facing material on the walls and the posts; is the ideal material for the decoration of high-class building and residential house.
